Do you background-check your employees?
We have the capability to do a local, county, or national background check, depending on the client's preference.

Do you drug test your employees?
We are able to perform 5- or 10- panel pre-assignment, reasonable suspicion, random, and post-incident/accident drug screens in-house, or we can send the employees out to a lab if required.

What costs do you cover for the labor you provide?
We cover workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and employment and payroll taxes..

What if we want to replace a worker?
Minutemen Staffing is proud to provide the best qualified workers to meet its client's needs. However, if you are dissatisfied with a workers' performance, simply let us know and we will provide a qualified replacement.

Do you offer an on-site supervisor to check workers in for the day's assignment?
Yes, we will have a staffing supervisor on site if the number of workers calls for it.

Does Minutemen only offer temporary workers or can I hire a worker to my own payroll if I want?
Minutemen offers temporary, temp-to-perm and direct hire depending on our agreement with the customer.

Does Minutemen offer direct deposit for employees?
Yes, we offer direct deposit, where permitted by law.
